Education
Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Leadership and Management with Distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2012 while working full-time as the Chief Medical Laboratory Technologist for the Prince Rupert, Queen Charlotte City and Northern Haida Gwaii hospitals.
Practice
Lisa practices in Family, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning. Lisa has experience in matters before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench.
Approach to the Law
Lisa relocated back to the Edmonton to attend law school at the University of Alberta. She received her law degree in 2016 and achieved First Class Standing during her final year. She was awarded the Bishop McKenzie Prize in Corporate Law in 2015, the Class of 1976 Law Bursary, the Faculty of Law Differential Bursary, and the Dr. Alexander Smith QC Bursary.
Associations and Interests
When she is not working, Lisa is an avid saltwater aquarium enthusiast and is beginning to learn the art of bonsai.
