Richard has been practicing since 1998 mainly in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate Commercial Matters, including Corporate Incorporations, Rollovers & Re-Organizations, Unanimous Shareholders Agreements, Joint Venture Structuring, and Condominium Corporation Organization.
In addition, Richard is well experienced in the Areas of Estate Planning and dealing with Estate Probate and Administration and has guest lectured at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Law; the Canadian Bar Association; and, for the Legal Education Society of Alberta on the topics of:

Richard currently resides in the City of St. Albert and is a single parent raising a teenage son. Richard has lived in the Athabasca, Plamondon; Lac La Biche areas, served as Mayor of Athabasca from 2004-2007, and Athabasca Town Councilor from 2010-2013; is a Recipient of the Order of Athabasca University; and is graduate of both Augustana University College (Camrose) and the Faculty of Law, University of Alberta.
Richard currently services the Edmonton office and attends the Athabasca office on as-need basis.
