Tim took a really weird realty case for us and really ran with it! It was done in a timely manner, professionally and meticulously. He explained documents and legal jargon to us, making sure we understood the rules, what we were signing and what our options were. It wasn't overly costly like I was afraid it would be as well. I've already recommended his services to my friend circles and will definitely use his services again in the future if there is a need!
